Villa Alma del Mar means “Soul of the Sea.” A private home designed for travelers who need their privacy and space - not a condo surrounded by strangers. Built with rammed earth by renowned architectural firm Fabriq, the villa blends natural textures with a warm, modern aesthetic that feels both grounded and elevated.

Directly above the crashing waves of Sunset Cove and a short walk from Cerritos Beach, the home offers silence, style, and simplicity.  No shared walls, no interruptions, and rare amenities like a full-sized private tennis court.

Mornings with ocean light. Afternoons by the pool with ping pong, pool table, bocce, darts and your own swim up bar. Evenings spent in the jacuzzi or gathered by the fire pit, rested, and restored. Every detail is intentional — for couples, families, or friends who want to reconnect, recharge, and escape.
